Thanks Amity. I was just looking here (yet again) for exactly what you have just recently posted before we head into the final stage of planning for our Hamptons-inspired build. Saves me scrolling through all the comment! Good luck with the new musical venture.

    Hi Amity & Phil,
Well done on a stunning house. I came across your laundry on Pinterest, & loved the tiles, so clicked through. I have been trawling the comments & bookmarking so many suppliers, as we are on our very long drawn out journey to extending our 110 year old cottage. We’re at 2.5 years & plans are finally with council after all sorts issues with our site.
We’d already chosen Scyon boards & a Shale grey roof, snap!, but it’s your windows & french doors that I would love to know more about.
Are they double glazed? Any idea about a BAL rating? And who was the supplier?
    thanks in advance Jayne

Hi Jayne, the windows and doors are from Seaview joinery. I’m not sure what the style name is but I’m sure if you ask them they’ll know. Good luck with your cottage reno! x

    Hi Amity,

Your house looks amazing, Ive loved following!

Do you by chance remember the grout colour you used for your kitchen tile splashback?

  4. Lidia says

Hello, congrats on the beautiful home you have created. Could I please ask you who did your shutters and curtains? They look great and I’m in the process of finding someone to do our window furnishings for our new build.
    Thanks again.

  5. Sam says

Hi Amity, I was just wondering what paint colour your front door is and whether it is semi gloss or high gloss? We are in the last few weeks of our major renovation so this is one of our last decisions! :)
    Thank you kindly,

Hi Amity!! Firstly – your house is GORGEOUS!! I am building a beach house (our dream house) in Dromana and I need some help..

We are also building a hamtons style and I am really stuck on the exterior colour scheme..

    1. Do you love your shale grey roof choice?
    2. What colour is your garage door?

    Thanks for your help!
    Kat xoxo
